Customer Loyalty for handphones

This post is to supplement the slides regarding customer loyalty under Topic 01.

Study the chart below, it shows an interesting trend of how Apple iPhone customers are likely to buy iPhones again on their next handphone purchase, and this augers well for the company.  On the other hand, the likelihood of Windows phone owners buying another Windows phone on their next purchase does not look promising.

From this example, we can see how important it is for customers to foster loyalty in their customers so that they can reap high customer equity which will bring about company growth.
